How do I See the Mental Health Clinician?
A referral must be made by the Counselor prior to any student meeting with a Mental Health Clinician. Teachers, Administrators, Staff and Parents/Guardians may request to refer a student. All requests for a student referral must be directed to the Counselor for review. The Counselor will then determine referral eligibility during the review process. The Counselor will make the appropriate student referral concluding the review process.
How do you Contact the Mental Health Clinician?
All contact or communication must only be made with the Counselor. After the student referral is approved, the Mental Health Clinician will make contact with the parent/guardian and the student being referred.
An email communication can be sent to the Counselor or a student can fill out the (Purple Administrator Visit Request-Form) addressed to the Counselor. All (Purple Administrator Visit Request-Forms) are located in the front office.
